Arkeon Educational Entertainment is working to create and produce original and innovative multimedia productions for planetarium theatres, especially designed for students ages 7-14. Using leading edge artistic technologies, Cosmic Campfire will provide interactive, engaging, and motivational experiences and produce multimedia products that inspire young people to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, the arts and math-related fields. (STEAM).
Allowing a young person’s ordinary experience to be suspended and their imaginations to be stimulated, planetarium theaters are the perfect environment to transport students beyond rote learning, into a world where dreams and inspiration become the catalyst for intellectual exploration and learning. The goal of Cosmic Campfire is to use the world of astronomy and the environment of the Planetarium to help students tap and direct their creative imaginations, improvisational energies and inspired thinking while exposing them to the broad range of exciting and meaningful opportunities in the worlds of science and technology.
